These guys are the greatest. better than 36 hours straight. It was cold, wet and nasty. The fire never burned dim, the meat never got stale. Out of 18 teams participating, we took 2nd and 3rd in every catagory we entered. Not bad for our first attempt. Of course, it took about 8 cases of beer to make sure everything was right. I could ramble on about the whole thing, but I won't bore you. You should have been there. Thanks so much to my customers who came out to support us. IT WAS A BLAST!!!!
We love to cook
We have had numerous crawfish boils, fish fry, Bar B Que's. We serve Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners every year. (Free to current members. So you want to make sure you keep your membership up.) By the way,this year will be the 8th year of serving holiday meals.
If you're interested in having a family reunion, or wedding party, birthday, whatever, talk to us first. We have a really great BBQ pit, and all the Fryers you could possibly need, including a full service kitchen. Talk to us first, before renting or booking somewhere else.
I know that "Jack Black" don't look like much, needs a paint job and wouldn't make it to the Nationals. But I'm willing to bet you a cold beer to a kick in the ass that you can cook enough meat to feed a small army, at one time. Do it in fine fashion too! By the way, we are always open for donations of cook wood. Our last big donation came from a long time member "Bo Coward", thank you so much Bo!!!!
