There are literally thousands of mixed drinks. We don't claim to know 'em all, but always willing to learn a new one. The following are just some of the more popular ones. Do you have a favorite, you're invited to share it with us.

Water Mocassin or "Cock-Sucker"

Served chilled as a shot or double up on the rocks:

1/2 oz Peach Tree Schnapps

1/2 oz Crown Royal

1/2 oz Sweet n Sour

Shake and strain

(makes a 3 oz shot)

Blue Hawiian

1 oz Parrot Bay

1 oz Blue Curaco

Pineapple juice

Serve on rocks
